City Manager Justin Parker has announced the recent hire of Mike Olvera to fill the position of Director of Public Works. Mike comes to Spearman from the City of Dalhart where he served as the Water and Wastewater Supervisor for five years. Mike is a proud father of four. He enjoys golf, fishing, working out, motocross and other sports.
"I am ready to tackle all that comes my way to help do whatever I can to ensure we move in a direction that see this great town of Spearman thrive for the future of itself and its wonderful citizens."
